My Work

I was first introduced to horses at the age of 3 by my best friend and a little pony called Annie. I decided then that I would work with horses!!! However, reality took over and after my GCSE's I did my A-Levels and went to College. When I left College and went looking for a job I found myself looking at animal related work. I ended up applying for a competition grooms job and the dreams of a 3 year old came true.

Since then I have worked with numerous horses in various situations and I have been fond of them all. I love spending time with horses and learning what they can teach us. I would like to expand my knowledge and understanding in all aspects of the horsey world.

If you are busy at work, going on holiday, had an accident, feeling unwell, or just fancy a break and want your horses cared for at home I may be able to help.

I offer temporary or part time Horse Care which can be anything from yard and stable work up to exercising and grooming at competitions, so I should be able to fill your requirements.

My hourly rate is £8 and this is a minimum charge per visit. Depending on work involved and travelling distance, rates may be variable.

If you own your own yard and find yourself short staffed, needing emergency help or just an extra pair of hands try giving me a call and seeing if I’m free, I could be the answer to your short term problems.

I cover Caradon and parts of Restormel and North Cornwall.
